Once you click the ‘buy’ button our busy elves will get to work (next business day!), wrapping and sending your order via Australia Post. It can then take up to 5 days to receive your order. Someone will need to sign for the order so please consider this when addressing the delivery.

If you have had a consultation and we recommended specific products, then you will be fully covered in case you have an issue with the product and need to return it. So if you have a problem with something we prescribed and you just re-ordered the same product – please email us with a picture (if relevant, like with an allergic reaction) and we’ll contact you with instructions.
If we haven’t seen you and you are purchasing a product of your own selection from our online store then we cannot take responsibility if the product you bought doesn’t agree with you. If the product is in some way faulty then please send us the details – preferably with a photo – and then we will let you know if we can return the product for exchange or refund.
