Formulated for sensitive or traumatized skin, this mild cream cleanser removes excess impurities and oil without drying the skin. Gentle enough to be used several times daily, this non-irritating cleanser conditions, soothes, and calms sensitive or traumatized skin.

Using a damp washcloth, gently apply a small amount of Gentle Cleanser to face and neck with a light circular motion. Remove with a damp washcloth or tepid water. Repeat two to three times daily.

So if you have a problem with something we prescribed and you just re-ordered the same product – please email us with a picture (if relevant, like with an allergic reaction) and we’ll contact you with instructions.
If we haven’t seen you and you are purchasing a product of your own selection from our online store then we cannot take responsibility if the product you bought doesn’t agree with you. If the product is in some way faulty then please send us the details – preferably with a photo – and then we will let you know if we can return the product for exchange or refund.
